Sauciety is a modern American grill with a culinary twist that builds off of a high-quality regional cuisine, and then focuses on a variety of unique and flavorful sauces, spreads, dips, and chutneys that you are able to select from to customize each course of your meal.   It’s a place where jeans and a polo t-shirt are as appropriate as a sport jacket and slacks, where drinking a bottle of wine is as comfortable as a cold beer, where a quick burger is as enjoyable as a customized dinner for two. 

 

The main menu at Sauciety features a selection of meats and fish that are simply grilled, pan-roasted, or grilled.  You are then able to select 2 out of 15 unique sauces to accompany your entrée.  The sauce section of the menu is arranged based on flavor profiles from mild to bold to spicy to guide you through the selection.  The sauces arrive in vessels that are displayed in the middle of the table so they can be tasted and shared. 

 

This culinary vision appears throughout the rest of the menus at Sauciety.  Every dinner at Sauciety starts with freshly baked breads and a selection of signature spreads. Dinner has a featured appetizer - signature skewers (beef, chicken, shrimp and vegetable) accompanied with specialty dipping sauces. At Sauciety, desserts are each served with a variety of toppings including our “build your own sundae.”

 

During lunch the concept is presented in a slightly different manner.  Focusing more on American favorite sandwiches and “big bowl” salads, the sauce component is highlighted with the restaurant’s signature sea-salted french fries served with a variety of dipping sauces.
